You basically need to send us a cover picture for the frame, pictures/videos for the video that will play and a song that will play along with the video if you want that.
No there’s no limit to the number of pictures or videos you can send. But sending a few number makes everything smoother and faster.
Your order will be ready in 2-3 days after making a successful order. But delivery will depend on your location and the means of delivery you chose. On average, deliveries take 3-6 days within Russia.
Yes, we make soft copy frames especially for people that are far from us, where we cannot deliver to, so they can print the frame themselves. We do the soft copy for half the price of the original frame.
